ARRIVAL & APPOINTMENT TIME

• PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME TO YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. PLEASE KINDLY WAIT IN WAITING AREA AND USE RESTROOM IF NEEDED UNTIL WE RETRIEVE YOU.

• IN ORDER TO AVOID ANY INTERRUPTIONS IN YOUR SERVICE, WE ASK THAT YOU KEEP YOUR PHONE PUT AWAY UNTIL YOUR APPOINTMENT IS COMPLETED.

• WE ASK TO REFRAIN FROM BRINGING ANYONE ALONG TO YOUR APPOINTMENT UNLESS THEY ARE RECEIVING A SERVICE AS WELL.

• IF YOU ARE 15 MINUTES LATE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE FULL SATISFACTION OF YOUR RESULT AND WILL ONLY BE ABLE TO LASH AS MANY LASHES IN THE TIME LEFT IN YOUR APPOINTMENT IN ORDER TO ACCOMMODATE OTHERS WHO APPOINTMENT FOLLOWS YOURS.

• PLEASE COME WITH A CLEAN FACE MEANING NO MAKE-UP AS IN FOUNDATION, EYE-LINER, MASCARA, EYE-SHADOW, AND GLUE FROM STRIP LASHES. THIS WILL AVOID ANY DELAY IN YOUR SERVICE.

• PLEASE UNDERSTAND THE TIME ALLOTTED FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT AND BLOCK OUT YOUR SCHEDULE ACCORDINGLY FOR ENOUGH TIME FOR THE SERVICES TO BE COMPLETED, BEING RUSHED CAN RESULT IN UNFINISHED LASHES.

• WE ASK THAT ALL CONVERSATIONS BE KEPT APPROPRIATE AND AT A LOW NOISE LEVEL AS THIS IS AN OPEN SHARED SPACE.

BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY

EVERY APPOINTMENT HAS AN ALLOCATED TIME SLOT FOR THE NEEDS OF EACH CLIENT. WE UNDERSTAND THAT YOU MAY NEED TO CHANGE YOUR PLANS FROM TIME TO TIME. AND/OR SICKNESS AND EMERGENCIES DO HAPPEN. THIS IS WHY OUR BOOKING SYSTEM ALLOWS CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING OF THE APPOINTMENT.

• ALL APPOINTMENTS REQUIRE A 50% DEPOSIT. YOUR DEPOSIT WILL GO TOWARDS TOTAL COST OF SERVICES.

• WE RESPECTFULLY REQUEST AT LEAST 24 BUSINESS HOUR’S NOTICE FOR CANCELLATIONS. SINCE THE TIME SLOT IS RESERVED FOR YOU PERSONALLY.

• LESS THAN 24 BUSINESS HOUR NOTICE WILL RESULT IN A CHARGE EQUAL TO 50% OF THE RESERVED SERVICE AMOUNT. (THE DEPOSIT)

• NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF THE RESERVED SERVICE AMOUNT AND/OR REQUIRE 100% OF THE SERVICE AMOUNT TO BE PAID BEFORE MAKING ANOTHER APPOINTMENT.

• IF YOU ARE *MORE* THAN 15 MINUTES LATE YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELED AND MARKED AS A NO-SHOW, UNLESS OTHERWISE DISCUSSED WITH US.


AFTER HOURS APPOINTMENTS

CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES AND SEASONS MAY LEAVE YOU IN A PANIC TO SQUEEZE IN A LAST MINUTE LASH APPOINTMENT THAT IS OUTSIDE OF OUR NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS. AFTER HOURS APPOINTMENTS MAY BE AVAILABLE ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS FOR AN ADDITIONAL $50 FEE.


LASH MAINTENANCE POLICY

• IF MORE THAN 50% OF YOUR LASHES ARE CONTINUOUSLY DETACHED OR GROWN OUT IT WILL BE CONSIDERED A NEW FULL SET OF LASHES.

• 2-3 WEEK FILLS: NO MORE THAN 40% LOSS OF INITIAL SET

• 4 WEEK FILLS: NO MORE THAN 50% LOSS OF INITIAL SET

• EXCEED A MONTH AND YOU WILL NEED A NEW FULL SET OF LASHES. EVEN IF YOU HAVE LASH RETENTION, THE LASHES LEFT WILL BE OUTGROWN AND NEED REMOVED. LASHES NEED MAINTENANCE AT LEAST ONCE OR TWICE A MONTH TO ENSURE YOUR LASHES ARE HAPPY AND HEALTHY.

• ANY RETENTION ISSUES FOLLOWING YOUR LASH APPOINTMENT MUST BE REPORTED TO US WITHIN 72 HOURS. IF THERE WAS A PRODUCT MALFUNCTION, WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO RECTIFY THE ISSUE.


FOREIGN FILLS

• WE DO NOT OFFER FOREIGN FILLS FOR QUALITY REASONS.

• IF YOU HAVE LASHES ON FROM ANOTHER ESTABLISHMENT YOUR SERVICE WILL BE CONSIDERED A NEW SET.


ALLERGY

• WE OFFER A PATCH TEST FOR EYELASH EXTENSION SERVICES IF YOU ARE WORRIED ABOUT HAVING A POTENTIAL ALLERGIC REACTION. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS, BUT WILL OFFER A FREE REMOVAL IF YOU DEVELOP AN ALLERGY.

• IF YOU ARE REQUESTING A PATCH TEST THE TEST MUST BE 48 HOURS PRIOR TO YOU FULL SERVICE APPOINTMENT.


REFUNDS

WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR SERVICES. IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED, PLEASE CONTACT US AND WE WILL BE HAPPY TO MAKE ADJUSTMENTS TO YOUR SATISFACTION.

• AS A COURTESY OUR SYSTEM WILL TEXT/EMAIL TO REMIND YOU OF YOUR APPOINTMENT. THIS HELPS IN CASE YOU NEED TO RESCHEDULE. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO REMEMBER YOUR APPOINTMENT DATES AND TIMES TO AVOID LATE ARRIVALS, MISSED APPOINTMENTS AND CANCELLATION FEES.
